Launch of the Forestry Hub

 

We are honoured to announce you the launch of the Forestry Hub, a matchmaking tool for forest and environment stakeholders in order to create business and project opportunities.

The Node provides capacity-building support to local authorities and administrations. 

“Protect, restore and promote sustainable use of terrestrial ecosystems, sustainably manage forests, combat desertification, and halt and reverse land degradation and halt biodiversity loss”. These are the ambitious objectives that International community wants to achieve for 2030 through the implementation of Sustainable Development Goal 15. The vision is to empower people and respond to social and environmental challenges. The mission is to be a game-changing actor driving innovative sustainable development solutions.

They turn costs into opportunities, forge ground-breaking partnerships, and connect public and private sectors to overcome complex challenges, as well as offering support in areas such as sustainable development, climate change, migration and participation in inclusive societies. The Node train and empower people and public authorities, give visibility through human-centered campaigns and provide tools for effective resources management.
