Customize your website design To change the "look and feel" of your website, visit the themes section. You may choose from one of the included themes or download additional themes from the Drupal themes download section.
Start posting content Finally, you can create content for your website. This message will disappear once you have promoted a post to the front page.

Each of the issues related to Mediterranean forests (fire and flood prevention, sustainable land management and planning, governance, preservation and promotion of biodiversity, adaptation to climate change effects, innovation and development of new markets...) more or less directly interests and/or involves many social groups and professionals (forest owners, breeders, farmers, environmentalists, local elected officials, planners, managers of natural areas, public…).

In order to address this issues and, to some extend, promote effective knowledge exchange with regard to critical ideas and experiences, the International Association for Mediterranean Forests (AIFM) since its foundation in 1996, based on a cross-field and multidisciplinary approach, works, inter alia, for the development of decentralized cooperative initiatives.
