AIFM at the IUCN World Conservation Congress in Marseille !
Organized at the Parc Chanot in Marseille, the IUCN World Conservation Congress will be held from 3rd to 11th September 2021.
This is an unmissable event that will bring environmental issues to spotlight. This event will bring together global organizations and representatives from over 160 countries!
This congress will also be the first hybrid in-person and virtual environmental event since the pandemic began, the Congress will drive action on nature-based recovery, climate change and biodiversity for decades to come.
During this event the AIFM will have a stand during the exhibition that will be held from the 4th to the 9th of September 2021, in the “Landscape” area at location L16 “AIFM – Les forêts du pourtour méditerranéen”. The exhibition area is open to registered Congress participants and to the general public (free access).
This is an opportunity for the AIFM to raise awareness among the general public about the problems of forests and other wooded lands in the Mediterranean basin, thanks to the presentation of its current projects, but also those to come.
In addition, the AIFM will have the opportunity to present to visitors its new presentation leaflet to celebrate its 25 years of actions, as well as documentation from its partners such as the promotion of the XV World Forestry Congress to be held in Seoul in May 2022.
